Matt has acted as CFO and Advisor to some of the southeast US’s top-performing businesses, including the region’s second-largest fitness chain, the region’s fastest-growing weight-loss concepts, and one of the region’s largest funeral home chains. He has steered the closing of over $350 million in real estate & construction projects and has helped secure over $75 million in bank financing for small businesses. In addition, he has led multiple M&A transactions from Letter of Intent through Closing & Integration. Matt is a former Adjunct Professor in Financing Entrepreneurial Ventures at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and has contributed to two published books, The Minimum Wage Millionaire by Bill Edgar and Bonds: The Unbeaten Path to Secure Investment Growth by Stan & Hildy Richelson (Bloomberg Press). Matt holds a Master of Business Administration, a Certificate in Advanced Value Investing from Columbia University, and has passed FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities certifications.

Lenny has over 20 years as a CEO, COO, and Director of Training in multiple industries. He loves to help companies figure out their strategy, align, and grow. He is a renowned business coach and EOS integrator. Lenny is also a 27-year Navy Veteran that served in Command three times, as well as serving as a Commanding Officer of EOD Mobile Unit Seventeen in 2004-2005, where he certified teams to deploy to Iraq.

JC’s years in the Navy, pursuing an MBA, becoming a certified PMP, and ultimately, running his own businesses taught JC valuable lessons in communication, leadership, and operations. He is the COO and founding member of the LLS. His experience includes being former Navy Intel, instructional designer and project manager for military, NATO, intel, banking, healthcare, and communications industries, as well as being a serial traveler with 48 counties under his feet to date.

Patrick is a high-energy manufacturing leader with 8 years experience in day-to-day ops, process optimization, process creation, equipment selection, and factory build-out.
In his financial capacity, Patrick specializes in deal – valuation, due diligence, and generating practical steps to raising the value of target companies with a comprehensive strategy to combine improved operations with bottom line improvements.
